Delivery

Please be aware that our Standard Delivery times are Monday to Sunday between 7 am and 9 pm depending on your location within the UK. You will receive a call from our Customer Services team to confirm your preferred time slot.

Our professional home delivery service takes between 7-15 working days or express delivery with extra payment for all products that are in stock at the time of purchase. Beds currently have an approximate delivery time of 8-10 days.
After the order has been made, we will call you a few days before delivery is due to give you a day and approx time of arrival. On the day of delivery, the delivery team will call you 1 hour before arrival.
If you have specific delivery requirements or live in a building that has restricted access please call us to discuss your requirements. Please be aware that our Standard Delivery times are Monday to Sunday between 7 am and 6 pm depending on your location within the UK.
Please note that delivery costs are non refundable for any reason.
